It is always a pleasant surprise when I see people I know of as young teenagers eventually being all grown-ups. Polo Ravales was no exception. It seems as if only yesterday when I saw him with a bunch of other teenagers in a TV show. Until one day, lo and behold, I saw his picture, half-naked with a six-pack abs, in a billboard along Edsa. Time does really fly faster these days.

He’s had his hands busy with endorsements and TV shows, gracing various fashion shows for top brands and the country’s top designers. Only proves how hot an item he is now not only in showbiz but in the advertising world as well. Why not, he’s pleasant and his commanding personality is endearing.

Being the handsome bachelor that he is, a few showbiz single ladies have been linked with him. Most were relatively long and quite serious to the eye of a showbiz outsider like me. But has true love came his way? One thing is for sure, he will marry one day a woman of his dreams.

He wants a beach wedding and sees himself wearing a white polo and khaki pants that would be made by Randy Ortiz. An afternoon wedding with the sea as the backdrop capped with a perfect view of the sunset. A solemn ceremony with all the guests barefooted on the sand. Tropical flowers and classical music completes the look and feel of the wedding ceremony. Immediately follows a fun-filled reception with a live band performing. A sumptuous candle-lit dinner for the guests’ delight and flowing cocktail drinks for the after-party. Truly a reflection of his personality: a fun and outgoing bachelor who loves to party.

He will most likely marry by the age of thirty. But there’s really no telling if cupid works double-time, then we’ll hear wedding belles earlier than expected.  For now, he’s enjoying the life of an eligible bachelor. Party on polo!
